Refund Policy​

At Under the Wild Oak, LLC (dba "Wild Okay Play" and further referenced within this Refund Policy as “we,” “us,” or “our), we understand that plans can change. To maintain fairness and uphold the integrity of our scheduling process, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:

Reservation Fees

​

• All reservation fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• A reservation fee is required to secure your event date and time. Without a paid reservation fee, your event is not confirmed and may be booked by another client.

• The reservation fee goes towards your total cost and the remaining balance for your event is due on the day of the party.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Birthday parties may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty if we receive notice at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled event.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours in advance will incur a 10% fee, which will be charged to the card on file.

• No-shows without prior notice will also incur a 10% fee, charged to the card on file.

• If cancelled 72 hour prior to scheduled event, all payments, less the reservation fee will be refunded

 

By booking an event with Wild Oak Play, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this refund policy.
