Booking & Policies

A 25% non-refundable reservation fee is required to reserve your party date

Party availability is limited to ensure a high-quality, private experience for every family

If cancelled 72 hour prior to scheduled event, all payments, less the reservation fee will be refunded

Parties can be rescheduled at no additional cost if rescheduled 72 hours prior to scheduled event

Birthday parties may be self-booked up to 90 days in advance; please contact us at admin@underthewildoak.com if you'd like to book further out.

All children must have a signed waiver prior to play

Party bookings include decoration and cleanup, if you'd like more time, please contact us at admin@underthewildoak.com. Additional time is available pending schedule availability and is subject to additional fees.
