Booking & Policies

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date

If cancelled 72 hour prior to scheduled event, all payments, less deposit will be refunded

Parties can be rescheduled at no additional cost if rescheduled 72 hours prior to scheduled event

Birthday parties may be booked up to 60 days in advance

Party bookings include decoration and cleanup, if you'd like more time, please contact us at admin@underthewildoak.com. Additional time is available pending schedule availability and is subject to additional fees.

Alcohol is not permitted for children's events, if you'd like to book an event focused on adults, where children are also welcome (we'd set up a bounce house and play station), please reach out to admin@underthewildoak.com to book through our event venue Under the Wild Oak.
